You can delete your YardFit account and your data at any time. You don't need to give a reason.
1.In the app (fastest)
- Open YardFit and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
2.By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email privacy@radikalstudios.app from the email address you use for YardFit, with the subject Delete my YardFit account.
We only accept requests from the account's own email address, to protect you from someone else deleting your account. We'll reply to confirm and delete the account within 7 days.
3.What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email, date of birth, sex, height, weight, goals, allergies and preferences
- Your meal, water, weight and workout logs, meal plans and progress
- Your journal notes
- Your YardPoints and badges
Journal photos were never on our servers. They stay on your phone until you delete them yourself.
4.What we keep, and for how long
- Security records and issue reports: kept with your name, email, IP address and account link removed, so they can no longer identify you.
- Gift card reward payout records: kept for up to 7 years, as Jamaican accounting law requires.
Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are not cancelled by deleting your account. Cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
