Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Radikal Studios, a registered business in Jamaica, for your use of the 3 ah Card game. By using the game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can play
You must be 18 or older to play. The game includes simulated wagering with play-money chips.
Play money, not gambling
- Chips are play money. They cannot be bought with real money, and they cannot be sold, cashed out, transferred to other players, or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value.
- Dumplings are earned by playing and can only be used for cosmetic items in the game.
- Chips, Dumplings and items are a limited licence to use them inside the game. They have no real-world value and you do not own them. We may change how they work, their prices or amounts, to keep the game balanced.
- 3 ah Card is not gambling and offers no real-money prizes. Success in the game does not imply success at real-money gambling.
Your account
Your account is created automatically and linked to your device. If you delete the app or lose your device before account recovery is available, you may lose access to your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile.
Purchases
Optional purchases, such as Premium, are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Premium is cosmetic and removes ads between matches; it never gives an advantage in play. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, except where the law requires otherwise.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
3 ah Card has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes offensive, hateful, sexual or threatening display names, and harassment or threats towards other players. Accounts that break this rule may be renamed, removed from leaderboards, or suspended or closed without warning.
You can report a player and block them from inside the game. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, removing the content and removing the player responsible where appropriate.
Fair play and conduct
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, modify the app, or exploit bugs;
- use more than one account to boost leaderboard results or move chips;
- choose an offensive, hateful or misleading display name, or pretend to be someone else, including Radikal Studios staff;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players;
- try to access our servers or other players' accounts without permission.
If these rules are broken, we may reset your name, remove leaderboard results, adjust balances, or suspend or close your account. You can report players in the app, and we review reports.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of the game, and may take it offline for maintenance. We may update these terms; if the changes are significant, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Radikal Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of virtual items, chips or Dumplings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
